Our dedicated, certified Team Members, Dietitians and Managers are committed to delivering a nutritionally balanced menu customized to your facility.

We understand that mealtime plays a critical role in the overall stability of a secure facility, and we take that responsibility very seriously. To help reinforce a sense of order and control within your facility, we make sure that all food is properly prepared and presented. Trinity is committed to providing food service programs that achieve these objectives three times a day, seven days a week.

More than 3,400 team members are dedicated to the corrections market and the management of more than 10,000 inmate workers to produce meals. This experience with facilities across the nation has enabled us to develop a thorough understanding of providing menus that meet the national standards for Recommended Daily Allowances (RDA) and special diets. Our nationwide food network also ensures our ability to deliver cost efficiencies to our clients.

Innovations

Trinity uses NetMenu® from cbord, a food service management tool that enables our staff to instantly update standards and share common recipes, menus, and settings across all of our operations, as well as access nutritional information, manage inventory and purchasing, and generate production reports. In conjunction, we have a research and development kitchen where we can work on new recipes and products to make food production easier and more satisfying for the inmates.

Nutritional Requirements

Trinity’s on-staff, registered dieticians meet with clients and medical staff to develop nutritious menus. We exceed federal, state and local guidelines, and respect individuals’ dietary and religious requirements.

Training

Food safety and security are two of our top priorities. We strictly observe FDA HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) safety standards at every level. All of our Associates receive security training and certification in correctional security procedures, and take part in ongoing educational programs to ensure our staff is always familiar with the latest security, safety and food service information.

ServSafe Classes

Trinity’s managers are certified in ServSafe by our trainers and provide their capabilities to your staff and the inmates at your facility. You gain ServSafe certified foodservice workers and inmates are provided with valuable, marketable skills within the service sector.

Efficient Delivery

Our associates work closely with your staff to keep mealtimes running smoothly. Our food service delivery systems are designed to match your facility’s unique layout, security requirements and kitchen specifications. Trinity Services Group associates participate in background checks, ACA certification, and in-depth food safety and preparation training. These standards are in place to ensure compliance with security and safety policies before any associate is allowed to serve your facility. Daily briefings update personnel about new security developments within your facility, and every associate spends 40 hours per year in mandatory security training programs. We do this to increase our knowledge and maintain your trust.
